My husband's experience in the past has been good until his provider was changed to Regitha Sebastian. From the start as we were being help her attitude was very unprofessional. We went in for a disability parking permit due to him being a disabled veteran. She inspected his record to verify his disabilities, during the process she continued to refer to his age and his looks stating " you are too young to be disabled." while rolling her eyes. My husband is one year from intensive back surgery and for he to make those types of remarks and state that he did not look disabled to her is very unprofessional and makes me question her practice and her customer service. It is very unfortunate to see someone with such a high education lack common courtesies. We will be changing providers as soon as possible.

My new physician very professional and very thorough. Her name is Dr. Miller, I highly recommend her. I still miss Dr BARISH. I also want to commend Dora that works in the referral department, she is excellent, very attentive to my needs.

The nurses/staff are wonderful but the physicians are not meeting even bare minimum requirements for care. Both NP Sebastian and Pugliese are argumentative providers who don’t take you seriously. Sebastian refused to give me an updated work note to let me return to work while claiming she left me a voicemail about it—never got a call or vm after my appt. Both tried having me dictate my own return to work request without even looking at my health issue. My own PCP Audrey Liu is booked out for months so I can’t even see her. Immediately after my last appt with Pugliese, I switched to another PCM clinic. In the meantime, trying to get an updated note with a simple revision stating wording needed that my boss is requesting so I can go back to work and I’m required to make an appt to talk to a dr AGAIN. Sucks because everyone else seems to be great.

Dr Seidleman is the best! His staff is very helpful, and treats me with as if I'm important. We have a few laughs and that's good for the soul. Wonderful office, fantastic people. Especially Dr. Seidleman.

My primary referred me to Dr. Shapse. I thought he was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed. Furthermore, what I like most about him is that you can discuss things with him regarding prognosis, treatment or whatever concerns you might have.

Yes and no. No one ever called my mother about her bood test results. It took me having to call over the weekend to check on a prescription that did not get refilled earlier in the week and I called to find out from the covering doctor/nurse practioner about a change in my mother's blood work. My mother has no thyroid and the tests showed a significant change. Luckliy,I called service and the person who responded assisted my mother. As a person who works in a profession that requires follow up as well, this in my opinion is a medical error. It is something that needs immediate attention. I already scheduled an appointment for Monday next week. I love and take care of my mother. I can only hope that these medical errors mentioned do not carry on throughout the practice as it could be life threatening to anyone. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Lisa Vlachos

Please dont go to any doctor here. This place is horrible, from. The doctors to the staff. Unfortunately, I have to keep going here bc I have an allergy treatment paid. I lost my job and haven't worked in 2 month and I have no money since I recently lost my job. I have a balance with them for almost 200. I'm not refusing to pay but I dont know when I will be able. They told me I can't received the shot that I already paid for until I pay half if it, and they sent me home. On top of that they want to me to pay and see a doctor to keep going with my treatment, there's nothing wrong with me and I don't want to see a doctor and specially there. Please go anywhere else. And is not like they won't keep seen me for another year bc I have to keep getting the shot since my allergy are so bad so they would get there money once I'm stable .
